- Virtual Goods have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for fiat currency or real property.
- All purchases of Virtual Goods are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.
- We retain the absolute right to manage, regulate, control, modify, or eliminate Virtual Goods at any time without liability to you.
6. User Content
If you submit feedback, ideas, or other content (“User Content”) to us, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute that User Content for any purpose without compensation to you.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding, individual arbitration, rather than in court. You and Rogue Panda agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
