I found a bug! How can I report it?
We’re sorry you ran into an issue! The best way to report a bug is through the “Support” button in the game’s settings menu or by opening a ticket on our Player Support Portal. The more details you can give us, the faster we can fix it!
How can I restore my purchases on a new device?
As long as you are logged into the same App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) account you used to make the purchase, your items should automatically be available. If you have trouble, please contact our support team with your purchase receipt.
How do I get game updates?
Game updates are delivered through the App Store and Google Play Store. To make sure you get the latest features and fixes, we recommend enabling automatic updates on your device!
